Resident Web Access for Rent Manager Online users

Resident Web Access allows tenants to access their transaction history, request work orders, and make payments online. The Resident Web Access module was first introduced at the 2007 RM User Conference and is only available to Rent Manager Online users.

Users have control over what a tenant can and cannot see. Users also have the ability to modify the Resident Web Access to fit their current website design.

Service Manager Web Access

Service Manager Web Access for Rent Manager

The Rent Manager Service Manager for the Web is an optional module available to all Rent Manager Online users. This powerful module allows your maintenance staff and vendors to access all open and closed work orders via the web. In addition, maintenance staff can access work orders with any web-enabled handheld device.

Service Manager is an integrated module that tracks work orders and internal "to-dos". Designed as a full service work order management system, it allows you to track and report on any type of work order by the rental unit, property, customer, and/or the amount of time that the ticket has been open.

Each user in Rent Manager can use Service Manager to create and close work orders. You decide the type of issues to include, the levels of severity, and can enter as detailed a description of the issue as you like. Service Manager will add a note to the history on your rental units so you can easily reference the work orders later.

If you need to track and route issues to the appropriate people and provide feedback to those who have problems, Service Manager can be configured to do it the way you want while providing powerful reporting.

Owner Web Access for Rent Manager Online users

Owner Web Access is designed for fee-based management companies that want to provide value added services to their clients. The Owner Web Access offers a gateway to valuable information for the property owner such as reports, work orders, and property information. This gives the management company a leg up on their competition and reduces the call load from their clients, freeing them up to be more productive. Available as an add-on to all Rent Manager Online customers, Owner Web Access is directly linked to the company's Rent Manager data with real-time information. Once information is updated in Rent Manager, the information on Owner Web Access is updated as well. Management companies also have direct control over how much and what type of information a property owner can view.

Rent Manager Mobile Admin

Cell Phones are everywhere, growing in both type and number. Smart phones in particular are the next generation cell phone designed to provide voice communication, text messaging capabilities, and facilitate data processing as well as enhanced wireless connectivity. Smart phones are basically hybrid cell phones and PDAs.

Enter the Rent Manager Smart Phone module. The RM Smart Phone is designed to allow users to connect to their Rent Manager data via a smart phone like an Apple iPhone or Blackberry. This is an ideal tool for those that are always on the move and need to stay on top of the day-to-day business information.

Among the many new features, users will be able to track financial data like a Profit and Loss as well as real-time delinquencies. The video below was introduced during the 2007 Rent Manager User Conference as the first wave of Smart Phone functionality.
