At LCS, we don’t just build software—we create experiences that shape our culture and bring people together. Whether we’re celebrating milestones, giving back to the community, or simply enjoying a meal with coworkers, these shared moments are what make our workplace thrive.
As we wrap up the first half of 2025, we’re reflecting on the events, memories, and milestones that brought our teams closer and continued to build a vibrant, people-first culture.
We rang in another year of Rent Manager with pride, celebrating the people and progress shaping property management. We took time to recognize the platform’s legacy with a birthday party complete with cake and party hats. This milestone marked decades of innovation and growth, made possible by the incredible people behind the software.
Soon after, the heat was on during our annual Chili Cookoff. Employees brought their best recipes, and the friendly competition filled the office with warmth and team spirit.
This spring, LCS employees rolled up their sleeves for a variety of service initiatives. We assembled Hope Boxes with meals for families in need through A Child’s Hope International organization, participated in the GCKNAA 5K for Rent to support rent assistance programs in Cincinnati, and partnered with Brewhaus Bakery to help make treats for local dogs and support employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
As summer approached, we also launched our back-to-school charity drive with Operation Give Back, collecting supplies to equip local students for a strong start to the school year. From education to housing support, our team showed up for causes that matter.
We welcomed our valued partners for the annual Integrations Expo—a day of collaboration, demos, and product education. From innovative tools to new connections, this event showcased how our ecosystem continues to grow and support Rent Manager users.
We hosted our first-ever Taste of the World event, where employees brought in dishes that reflected their cultural heritage. With tables full of global flavors and stories shared over food, this was a powerful reminder of how diversity fuels creativity, connection, and culture at LCS.
In May, we turned our focus to mental health and wellness with a month-long initiative designed to support our teams in all the ways that matter—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

These moments created a culture of calm, care, and connection. It helped normalize the conversation around mental health and empowered our teams to support themselves and each other.
To kick off summer, we hosted a Memorial Day Cookout, complete with hot dogs, burgers, and sunshine. And, for the 14th consecutive year, LCS was named a Top Workplace and proudly attended the awards ceremony to celebrate. This honor reflects not only our success, but the culture of collaboration, respect, and innovation we’ve worked hard to build.
The excitement continued with our Olympics Team Reveal Party, where employees met their teammates and started gearing up for one of our favorite traditions, the annual LCS Olympics. Sparking excitement and camaraderie for the fun (and competition!) ahead.
And to really welcome the season, we threw a Summer Kickoff Party―featuring food trucks, cornhole and basketball tournaments, yard games, a DIY succulent station, and free ice cream. It was the perfect way to reset, recharge, and celebrate the culture that makes LCS such a great place to work.
The first half of 2025 reminded us of what’s possible when people feel connected―to their work, their teams, and their community. We’ve shared laughs, lent a hand, and created lasting memories.

As we move into the second half of the year, we’re excited to keep this momentum going with more community events, employee traditions, and opportunities to grow.
