Closing Out 2025 with Workplace Culture and Community at LCS

Company Spotlight

As we close our 2025 and look towards the new year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the last few months of connection, culture, and community at LCS. The first half of the year energized us with birthday celebrations, fun summertime gatherings, and the highly anticipated kickoff to our annual LCS Olympics. With another Top Workplace award under our belt, we rolled through the rest of the summer on a high note that would set the tone for the rest of the year.

As we reminisce and start preparations for 2026, here’s a look back at the events that brought us together in the second half of 2025.

Inspiration for the Future

This summer, we invited the leaders of tomorrow to LCS headquarters for our annual Bring Your Kid to Work Day event. The kids toured the office, got a closer look at what their parents do, and had the opportunity to sit down with LCS leaders for an informative Q&A session. It was an inspiring day for both kids and adults alike.

Going for the Gold

We closed out summer with a bang with our biggest event ever—the LCS Olympics! After several years of hosting a two-day, hybrid event, we brought our entire 500+ workforce together for an unforgettable single-day celebration. Eight vibrant teams battled it out in events like the Obstacle Course, Puzzle Race, and the Recreations Relay for their chance at a gold medal and bragging rights. At the end of the day, the Red Hots stood atop the podium, but the memories we made and the fun we had were reward enough for all of us.

Putting our Best Face Forward

Our employees smiled for the camera on Professional Headshots Day. Our resident photographer captured fresh, updated photos for employees to use for their LinkedIn or Teams images, keeping their professional profiles fresh and up-to-date.

Sharing Bites, Making Memories

If there’s one thing we love at LCS, it’s sharing a meal or sweet treat and making memories along the way. Throughout the year, our team enjoyed catered lunches from Skyline Chili and Chipotle and fueled up with caffeine from Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck. We also kicked off fall with our annual Outdoor Movie Night, featuring a live-action screening of How to Train Your Dragon and plenty of snacks, making it a fun evening for employees and their families.

Full Speed Ahead with RMUC

In October, 54 employees traveled to San Diego, California for the 2025 Rent Manager User Conference. The four-day event was packed with learning, connection, and fun with our Rent Manager customers and sponsor partners. Insights were gained, memories were made, and we’re already excited for next year’s RMUC in San Antonio, Texas.

Back at the office, the RMUC crew shared their takeaways and best practices for employees interested in attending next year at the RMUC Lunch & Learn session, ensuring that the knowledge we gained will help us make the most of next year’s event.

Bring on the Spooky Spirit

As Halloween approached, LCS embraced its tradition—transforming the office into a spooky runway for our annual Halloween Costume Contest. Employees competed for the top prizes in both group and individual categories, taking home three coveted prizes and a delicious pizza party.

Giving Thanks, Giving Back

In November, the LCS team gathered with gratitude, celebrating the season of giving with delicious food and charity initiatives. The annual Thanksgiving Lunch and Rent Manager & LCS Merch Sale had us stacking our plates high with all the fixings while we perused company-branded apparel and merchandise. Towards the end of the month, we launched our holiday charity event with a Donation Drive for New Path Child and Family Services. Employees came together to donate baby care items, electronics, toys, and personal care products to local children and families in need.

Spread the Holiday Cheer

As the snow fell in Cincinnati, the office was aglow with cozy holiday décor, including a festive tree that sparkled in the atrium for all to see. To cap off the year, we celebrated our favorite holiday tradition—Ugly Sweater Day. It was a showcase of creativity and joy as we prepare to spend the holidays with our families and recharge for an even more exciting 2026.

Here’s to Another Year at LCS!

This year was another example of what truly makes LCS a special place to work, showcasing our culture that values connection, collaboration, and fun all year long. From spectacular celebrations to connecting over shared meals and friendly competitions, we’ll be reflecting on all the memories we made for months to come.

From all of us at LCS, we wish you a happy holiday season and a joyful New Year. We’ll see you in 2026 for more fun and unforgettable workplace culture events!
