The Rent Manager Integrations Program is a powerful force in PropTech, giving customers the flexibility to tailor their software experience to their operations. For nearly a decade, Rent Manager has built partnerships with other leading property management technology providers, connecting our partners’ services with our customers’ Rent Manager data to create seamless, efficient workflows. From accounting solutions and resident screening tools to payment processing, renters insurance, and more, customers can mix and match integrations to build a custom Rent Manager ecosystem that meets their unique needs.

Each year, the LCS office welcomes representatives from our partner organizations for the Rent Manager Integrations Expo, a collaborative event designed for LCS employees. For the past six years, this event has given the LCS team an opportunity to learn more about Rent Manager Integrations, connect with partners, and discover how these combined solutions better serve customers. The 2026 Integrations Expo took place in early March, and to celebrate another successful year, we wanted to dive a little deeper into the history of the Integrations Program and how it has evolved over time.

Putting the Customer First – The History of the Integrations Program

While Rent Manager property management software offers extensive capabilities, LCS leadership wanted to give clients even greater freedom and flexibility to customize their software solutions around the specific needs of their businesses. By leveraging Rent Manager’s open API, partner companies can connect directly to the software to enable data flow between their platforms and Rent Manager. In many cases, this allows users to complete key tasks without ever leaving Rent Manager, creating a smoother user experience and optimized workflows.

That focus on improving the customer experience has been the driving force behind the Integrations Program’s growth from the beginning.

Building Connections Between LCS and Partners

The 2026 Integrations Expo took place at LCS headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, where representatives from 25 Rent Manager integration partners gathered for a day of collaboration and learning. This annual event is exciting for both LCS employees and partners—the team gets to dive into what each integration can do for the customers they support every day, while partners value the opportunity to connect directly with staff. Since the inaugural virtual Expo in 2020, many partners have attended every year, noting that conversations with the LCS team help spark new ideas and innovations that further improve the customer experience.

The future of PropTech and the Rent Manager Integrations Program is full of possibility. As we continue to build relationships with other service providers, we remain focused on the customers at the heart of every new innovation.
