London Computer Systems (LCS), creator of Rent Manager® property management software and other essential business technologies, was recognized with five Stevie Awards® in the 23rd Annual American Business Awards®.
LCS received two Silver Stevie Awards:
Customer Service Department of the Year – for the Rent Manager Customer Support Department
Technology Podcast – for Beyond Rent, a property management industry podcast
In addition, the company earned three Bronze Stevie Awards:
Company of the Year – Large (Real Estate Category)
Conferences & Meetings – for the 2024 Rent Manager User Conference (Educational Event Category)
Best Entrepreneur – Computer Software (500 or More Employees) – CEO Dave Hegemann
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 10.
This year, more than 3,600 nominations were submitted from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry. Notably, this marks the first time that Beyond Rent has been honored in the Podcast category and the first time LCS has qualified for the large company category.
