Our Biggest Event Ever - The 2025 LCS Olympics

Company Spotlight

At LCS, we believe in working hard and playing hard. That’s why each year we host an incredible lineup of employee events—opportunities to connect, build camaraderie, and break up the work week with some well-earned fun.

The crown jewel of these events is the annual LCS Olympics. First launched in 2017, this beloved tradition brings employees from every department together for some friendly competition. After a two-year pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the LCS Olympics returned in 2022 as a two-day spectacular to accommodate our new hybrid schedule. But in 2025, as LCS continued to grow, leadership decided to take things to the next level. The result? The biggest company event in our history.

On a hot summer Friday, the 2025 LCS Olympics kicked off as a single-day smash hit. For the first time since 2020, our entire workforce came together in person, joined by several Rent Manager Integrated Partners, to compete across eight teams for the honor of Olympic gold.

Only one team came out on top—but the real win was the energy, excitement, and shared spirit of the day.

Building the Hype

The anticipation started weeks before the games. Earlier in the summer, employees gathered for the official Team Reveal Party, where Olympics rosters were announced with all the drama of a high school cast list. As employees filtered down to check out their assignments, they got to snag colorful bracelets to rep their team and meet their future teammates. It was a fun way to begin bonding and showing team spirit for the competition.

After the reveal party, teams got a head start on the competition with our annual Operation Give Back School Supplies Drive. One of our favorite charity events throughout the year, employees donated school supplies for local children and earned valuable points for their Olympics teams. By the end, employees had filled an entire car with school supplies—a win for the kids and for the community!

Let the Games Begin!

Spirits were high on the day of the Olympics as the entire LCS workforce made their way into the office. We kicked off the day with the highly anticipated Opening Ceremony, where referees and LCS Leadership introduced the competing teams. After a spirited kickoff, everyone headed outside for a group photo, squeezing in close to capture over 500 employees ready for a day of excitement and friendly competition!

The morning lineup featured athletic events such as Connect 3 Basketball and the Velcro Wall Jump, a fan-favorite Music Trivia game, and strategy challenges like the Water Bucket Challenge and Tarp Volleyball.

At midday, the tradition continued with the Freedom Obstacle Course and a lively game of Pickleball. Our sponsors even got in on the Olympics fun, with representatives from LeaseTrack, Zego, AmRent, and AvidXchange going head-to-head for their teams in an exciting game of RENT (a property management twist on HORSE) on the new LCS basketball court.

Going for the Gold

After a delicious lunch catered by Jack’s Catering, the competition ramped back up with more tests of brains and brawn, with Dizzy Bowling, the Speed Puzzle and Balloon Snake races, and Hover Ball Archery.

Finally, the most anticipated event—the return of the epic LCS Recreations Relay. With each team vying for their shot at the podium, this race combined basketball free throws, teamwork puzzles, blindfold challenges, and—most famously—a kayak dash across the LCS pond. The crowd went wild as the Pink Panther himself paddled across, with Chris Griesinger riding backwards for a hilarious photo finish.

Congratulations, Red Hots!

After a day full of competition, laughs, and unforgettable moments, the final scores were tallied. The Red Hots claimed the gold medal in the 2025 LCS Olympics, with Crows Before Bros and Gang Green taking silver and bronze.

Congratulations to our champions—and to everyone who brought their A-Game to the biggest competition of the year. Until the next LCS Olympics, let the year-long bragging rights for the Red Hots begin!
